Most have 3-4 Tablespoons. Not saying 2 teaspoons is wrong.

yes, sometimes called Lava cakes....some had a tad more flour but not much! search several recipes. it's only a binder, not the base of the cake - that's why they have liquid centers

That's the recipe I use, and the 2 teaspoons works out great. Delicious crisp outside with the gooey heaven inside. I found with the recipes calling for more flour you had a lot more cake and less center. So I guess it all depends on what you're after.
