Hi folks! I want to make the peach muffins from this site but I want to use some of my frozen peaches. Do I need to let them thaw or can I use them from frozen? Also, would I need to adjust the amount of liquid if I use the frozen fruit?

In my hurry to use up some peaches, I came up with this muffin recipe. It turned out so good, like peach cobbler in a muffin, that I thought I'd share it with everyone!

I always thaw mine first, never tried to use them frozen.
