Do you think the inside cookie can be frozen? I'm wondering about the marshmallows.

Butterscotch Haystacks

Provided by: NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE®
Tasty treats good for any occasion, these haystacks are mounded with a mixture of peanut butter, butterscotch chips, marshmallows and chow mein noodles. To enjoy in a snap, make them the microwave way.

hey Paula, i think the marshmallows would get gummy when thawed. You will probably get better advice from someone else on here.

You can freeze marshmallows, but I'm not sure I would freeze these with the noodles in them, they will probably not be crunchy once thawed.

If this helps: I store Christmas candy etc. on my deep window ledges; sometimes things almost freeze. The almond bark candy w/ pb, marshmallows etc. is gd but marsh do get kind of chewy.

Paula, I store my candies and chocolates in the basement in Tupperware containers it lasts for weeks. Marshmallows really change after being frozen.
