GOOD MORNING!!! So my oldest daughter is a senior in high school this year and plans on going to college. She is not a cook at all, and I would like to make her a cook book with easy recipes that she could do. Any recipe ideas out there that I can add to her cook book? Thanks so much!

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

An easy slow cooker recipe with soy sauce, garlic, and onion. Do not be put off by the vinegar -- it tenderizes the chicken and loses its potent flavor in the cooking.

This is a one pan meal that's in the oven in 15 minutes. Rosemary, garlic, and oregano create a mouth watering aroma and the potatoes are crispy like french fries. Kids just love this!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Italian sausage, garlic, tomatoes, red wine, and tortellini - this soup combines favorite ingredients from an Italian kitchen. You can use sweet or hot sausage, depending on your tastes, and fresh herbs if you have them on hand.

This recipe was easy and tastey. You don't have to use the tortellini. I used egg noodles when I made it.

This is really good. I've even thrown the chicken breasts in frozen and it turns out great. I do add chunked carrots and celery, and use chicken broth/water. Easy stuff!

Hi, try this. cheers. The Perfect Omelette Serves 1 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Eggs 15g/½oz Butter - diced Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper Preparation method Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork until smooth; Stir in the cold diced butter and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper; Heat a heavy non-stick frying pan over a high heat and add the oil; When the oil is smoking-hot, pour the eggs quickly into the pan; Using a wooden fork or a spatula and working in a circular motion, move the eggs in the pan around, while at the same time moving the pan back and forth across the heat; Allow the eggs to start coagulating; Stop moving the pan; Allow the eggs to form a light skin, and then remove the pan from the heat Pick up the pan and tilt the handle upwards and away from you; At the same time, tap the handle of the pan so that the omelette moves towards the opposite end of the pan; Using the side of a fork, fold the omelette in towards the middle on both sides to form a cigar shape; Tip the omelette onto a plate; Serve immediately.
