Indiana Peggy is asking: (1 answer)
What is the best way to store cookies that have melted chocolate chips as icing? I made the Amazing Peanut Butter Biscotti today and they are dipped in chocolate. If I freeze them, will the chocolate turn white? Thanks.

i have never frozen my biscotti. i've served them a few weeks later and they were just fine. plastic container with a lid, a cookie tin or jar will do. because they have chocolate on them, just make sure the room you store them in is not too warm.

OK, thanks. I didn't know if they might get soft.

I wouldn't freeze them now, yes the chocolate will bloom. Just store airtight like Weeble said.

Have them in Tupperware in an unheated bedroom. Should keep a while that way? As long as I forget they are there!
