I want to grill some boneless pork chops tomorrow and serve with the enclosed sauce. Does anyone have suggestions for marinades or seasonings for my chops? Thanks in advance!!

Filet Mignons With Pepper Cream Sauce

Delectable filet mignons get a coating of crushed peppercorns, then are cooked to perfect doneness and served with a velvety cream sauce to take the peppery bite down a notch.

With the pepper cream sauce I would keep it really simple, maybe salt, pepper, a little garlic.

Yeah, I was thinking simple, too, Tasha. I just want to make sure my chops are flavorful, tender and juicy!

You can always marinade with some oil and vinegar with salt, pepper, garlic as I said, or substitute a favorite herb. I love pepper cream sauce, but I personally think that if you add another flavor it should only be one. I love tarragon, but you might want to use rosemary. I think that if I did this I'd add some of the herb to the sauce as well.

Start these thick grilled pork chops ahead of time, marinating in the simple but flavorful mixture of orange juice and soy sauce with green onions. Then making dinner will take just a few minutes.

This is an easy grill recipe that requires very little preparation time outside of the marinating but delivers great taste! This can be served with any grilled side dish that suits your style!

I'd leave out the herbs in this so it won't fight with that delicious sauce you will use. In fact, I have some pork chops brining right now.

I'm saving this. Sounds like great and I'm always looking for new pork recipes.

I was also going to suggest this. The brine is awesome. These were the juciest pork chops I've ever made and I thought I already made really delicious pork chops.

Use a cranberry glaze - regular Cranberry sauce - either with full berry or jellied. Fantastic with pork and chicken.

Honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce make a tasty and tangy marinade and basting sauce for grilled pork chops.

Pork chops are coated with seasoned Italian crumbs and baked with an easy mushroom and wine sauce for for a nice weeknight dinner that practically takes care of itself.

My hubby is always complaining that I make food that is too -- well -- something. So tonight I made him this and he was happy as a clam. Oh, well. It was good. I added caramelized mushrooms and extra wine (maybe THAT was what did it). This doesn't help anyone here, but just thinking out loud. I did use my brine first.
