If you had bunches of chocolate chips (semi sweet) and weren't interested in the obvious, chocolate chip cookies, what would you make? Thanks in advance!

This is a choc-nutty no-bake cookie. They are also good with raisins. Good luck!

It couldn't be easier to make this treat. Just melt chocolate chips and stir in peanuts and marshmallows.

Made these last night. Read the reviews though the ingredient amounts are a little off. Very good and easy.

I love these. I have made them many times. I think that i used the recipe inside the Eagle Brand Label.

You could make your own trail mix and throw some into that, you could melt them for a drizzle, you could melt them into a cup of hot chocolate or give some away and hope they bake cookies so they can share some with you!!

Peppermint-flavored patties made of confectioners' sugar and condensed milk are air-dried, then dipped in semi-sweet chocolate to make these holiday candies.

I just saved these but having not ever "dipped" before I may be all in after attempting the baileys balls.

Guinness® and Chocolate Cheesecake

This rich chocolate cheesecake is accented with everyone's favorite Irish stout beer: Guinness. The recipe even includes instructions for decorating with chocolate clovers.

how daring are you feeling? I really liked the flavor of this but the texture was a little loose for me. It stayed together and set up fine but was just not as dense as I like. If I make it again I will probably tweak it a little for that reason.

Would you believe I've never made a full size cheesecake. I made mini ones (pumpkin flavored) at Thanksgiving. They weren't too popular.

sometimes I like to make two. I have 5 and 7 inch pans that I split recipes between if I'm making for a small gathering so I can freeze the little one for us later. It's a nice size for us. I made sweet potato or pumpkin cheesecake a couple of years ago and just the name pretty much kept folks from trying it. It was good though so their loss :)

Semi-Sweet is still a bit sweet, but you could look at Nanaimo Bar recipes, which, especially if you have not had them before are a deightfull treat. Likewise Squamish bars and so on. The could work in a chocolate cake, as an unexpected add in to the batter. There are countless granola bars that could use them.
