This delicious shrimp recipe will melt in your mouth. The addition of avocado and Asiago cheese takes it to the next level!

Peppered shrimp is simmered in store-bought Alfredo sauce. Cayenne pepper and Romano cheese give it an extra kick.

THis is so good and really easy to make. I used a michalada sauce instead of the tomato and clam juice. You can use V8 or bloddy marry mix too.

This classic Greek shrimp dish is baked with a tomato sauce and topped with feta cheese. Relatively quick and simple to make. This recipe goes wonderfully with rice pilaf and some crusty bread.

Shrimp, asparagus and garlic are sauteed in olive oil. Add a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce and serve this colorful dish on a bed of the pasta of your choice.

Quick and Easy Shrimp Fajitas

This is a twist on a classic recipe using shrimp instead of beef or chicken. I use regular old taco seasoning to make it easier, but any seasoning combination for fajitas will work. Serve with refried beans and Spanish rice to make an easy meal!

Or you can wrap them in bacon with some jalapeno and cheese and onion bake and drizzle with bbq sauce.

I was browsing sites earlier and saw this and plan on making it for dinner tonight: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Garlic-Shrimp-and-White-Beans-51117810. No idea how it is and I plan to follow some of the reviewers advice (up garlic, marinate). Sorry it's from another site...just sharing since I happen to be making shrimp myself!

Cooked shrimp and sliced fresh mushrooms are bathed in sauteed garlic, cream cheese, fresh parsley and a dash of basil. Toss with hot linguini and serve as an elegant appetizer or main dish.

This rendition of a classic dish of shrimp baked in butter, garlic, lemon juice and parsley, is even better with the help of Dijon-style mustard.
