This one. It's one of the few things I will use shortening for, pie crust being the other. It's exactly the recipe out of my old Betty Crocker cookbook (they've changed the recipe in the new editions) and one I make every Christmas. They're easy peasy to make and freeze well. Everyone loves 'em :)

Minute I saw recipe, saved it. Thanks!! My Mom always baked molasses cookies using her 1954 Betty Crocker Cookbook. I've inherited it!!
