Good morning! I made this lastnight for tonight's dinner. I hope it's good! Now, what to have with it? I think I'll cook up the rest of my brussel sprouts & maybe some augratins. We're kind of mashed potatoed out right now.

these for dessert. Busy day today. Hoping DD wakes up headache-less this morning. She has such a crazy day today(ortho, school, cheer pics, remake test after school, & opening night of her musical). I'm running, running. Have a great day!!

BTW, her dr thinks the migraines are either seasonal or the reno or a combo of both(migraines last fall also). We're monitoring for 1 more month because she said that typically your body will adjust to the new environment & the migraines should stop. If they don't, back we go. Thank you for your suggestions & well wishes yesterday!

and she's up & still has it...1 side of her head & face. Just took her meds & she's going to school in a bit. Not sure how that's going to work as her meds knock her out. The only good thing is that I pick her up at 9:30 for her ortho appt so I can monitor her then. I'm still a worried mess.

I'm just a basket case. My gut tells me I should've kept her home but she wouldn't be allowed to participate in pictures or the musical then. It was going to be a long day as it was & then at 7:30 lastnight, her cheer coach calls to inform us that they have pictures today but the reason we were just finding out was because my DD(along w/2 other girls) have been excused from cheer this week so they can wrap up rehearsals for the musical. She couldn't have called earlier in the week or put it in the school announcements, before we scheduled the test retake? Then, she got pi$$y w/me when I told her my DD might not be able to make it...just depends on her teacher. On top of all of this, her & 1 of the other girls didn't get their awards or their letters for sideline cheer because they couldn't go to the end of year banquet(again, musical stuff). Of course, that'll be taken care of by me, but what a bleeping bleep. I was fuming lastnight(& still am). I think I got MAYBE 3 hrs of sleep. It's an ongoing issue w/this coach. I need to calm down before I start making phone calls & sending emails. Sorry guys, just need to vent.

Hi, sunshine all the way here. Tonight, my treat with fries, little salad and fried mushrooms. cheers. Mediterranean Hamburgers Makes 4 to 6 depending on size 750g/1½lb Mixta - 70% minced Beef to 30% minced Pork or Beef Mince 1 clove Garlic - finely chopped 1 Spring Onion - finely chopped 4tbsp fresh Basil - finely chopped 2tbsp fresh flat leaf Parsley - finely chopped Liberal Splashes Worcestershire Sauce - to taste 1 Egg Yolk - lightly beaten 45g/1½oz Butter Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper Apart from the Butter, mix all ingredients together, season to taste and form into hamburger shapes; Melt butter in frying pan, add the hamburgers and cook on medium heat; When sufficiently browned on one side, turn over and cook steadily until meat just cooked through with juices running freely and clearly. Serve. If you want more healthy can grill or barbeque without using butter but in frying pan it feels more devilish.

A hearty combination of beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasonings, slow cooked with shredded chicken. Top each bowl with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips. Made mostly of canned ingredients, this tasty soup lets the slow cooker do the work so you don't have to!

Brrrrrr and good morning! It's cold here and I'd love to have this right now! I'm going with others to help with Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. I've done it for the past 2 years. It warms my heart seeing all those shoe boxes and knowing a child's face will light up when he/she rec'vs it! We'll go out to et afterwards. Hopefully my 17 and 19 year old will not burn down the house.

This looks SO good! I'm trying to watch sugar/simple carbs, so I won't be trying it soon. But I may use the framework to make a similar drink. Wonderful work to be doing, with Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. I'm sure the recipients and their families will appreciate them.

It is fun! My son went last year with me. I asked him what did he think. He said, "I didn't know we were going to a warehouse." It really is amazing! If you haven't done this, you should.

Molly I've had this recipe for awhile...one day I'll get around to it. Yeah my DH actually came to me late last night and asked what Pro meant. I got on and read through the thread and was laughing my head off at the comments. Some old buzzers came out of the woodwork...I don't know but guess we'll get used to it. My RB is different so I'm going to go check that out now.
