I am making city chicken for a christmas dish, so It's going to be a sizable batch. Can I freeze them before they are fully cooked and finish cooking them the day of? Thanks Steve

Nov. 19, 2012 9:54 am I used this recipe last time I made it and it was excellent. I did use Panko bread crumbs, though. I'm not sure how the bread crumbs will hold up on the uncooked pork in the freezer since the beauty of this dish is the crispiness of the coating.
