I like this idea. And the recipe sounds good. BUT, do you think I cube a french or sourdough loaf to use in place of the cornbread? 	bigcountry Nov. 17, 2012 12:58 pm I've made my grandmothers dressing recipe this way for individual servings so everyone gets "the edge". Her dressing just uses stale white bread broken into pieces with celery, onions, butter, eggs, and broth. It came out really well. (my family also likes meatloaf baked in muffin cups so everyone gets "the end piece")
