I have 2 8 1/2 lb. rump roasts tied together, at what temperature and time should I roast it? Should I roast it covered with liquid in the bottom? Thank you!

I just re read this you mean 2,-8 and 1/2 pounds.If you pose this as a request you will get more answers,or you could go to the top and put in roast beef.I'm not much help as i don't cook roast beef much.
