Hello, Recently our debit card was compromised and canceled. It's been replaced with a new card/new number. How do I change my card information to continue my membership? Thanks for your help. Brenda Mattson

Go to MyAllrecipes in top righthand corner and click on Account Settings. You'll see it there under Billing. Good luck. That happened to us---two hours before we were supposed to fly out on vacation!

This happened to us the day before a trip as well. Sure made it difficult to travel!

Under Account Settings there is nowhere to change card information. Not even under billing info. It just shows my account on file. No place to change card info. Help?

Hi brenmatt65 . . . You may want to send them an email with your question . . . CustomerSupport@allrecipes.com or call (206) 292.3990. Personally, unless you’re coming up soon for renewal, I wouldn’t given them credit card info just to store. Unless you know otherwise, never rule out that someone with access to site billing information is the one who compromised your card, and you increasingly read about hackers hacking into sites to steal such information. I would think you will get an advanced email from AR if the credit card number they have on file is unable to be debited as they want your money

Account setting only allows you to change passwords, email, etc. I assume to change a credit card you have to contact AR as mentioned above. I also agree it isn't a good idea to keep these things stored on line. The only reason AR would need it is to do the auto-bill when your subscription is up. Much safer to only provide when required.
