Valerie is asking: (2 answers)
Has anyone ever cooked a turkey breast in a crockpot? I don't think one turkey will be enough this Thanksgiving, so I thought I would do one or two breasts as well. I'm afraid if I roast them the day before, they will dry out too much when I re-warm them Thanksgiving day.

yes I have done it and it worked out really nice. I just wouldn't know how much time to suggest because it will depend on the size of the breast.

You can cook it the day before, when cooked slice and leave it in the juice, heat the next day will be fine.

Agree with manella. I always cook the turkey the day before, carve and store in the juices till the next day. Since we don't have a separate dining room and eat in the kitchen, this really frees up space and makes for a much less stressful day for me. Also frees up the oven for other things.
