White sugar makes the Kettle Corn taste like popcorn balls. Use brown sugar and it will taste like caramel corn.

Popcorn, 1/3 cup popping corn in a lunch sized paper bag, fold top over twice, stand upright in micro. press popcorn setting or 3 minutes, and stand by as you do with store bought micro popcorn. no oil needed. then just add any seasonings you like done. makes about a medium sized bowl of popcorn.

My new fave 100 cal snack is two RyKrisp crackers with a Light Laughing Cow wedge [I buy various flavors] split and spread over the two of them. [Sometimes I do this for breakfast instead, adding avocado and smoked salmon - yum!]

Sweet and crunchy, this caramel corn is easy to make and tastes better than the county fair's.

I've been taking a liking to apple slices lately. If you're not an apple fan try dipping them in yogurt.

Be careful with apple consumption before bedtime as they are a food that will keep you awake. Great snack for young students who need to get a bit more study time in.

I did not know that, thanks for the info

Bananas rolled in brown sugar and cinnamon are grilled until caramelized and served with vanilla ice cream. You can also cook them in a skillet with melted butter.

I would melt butter in a skillet instead of using a grill.

We love dehydrated apple chips as a healthy snack! You can make them plain, or season them with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, or whatever you like before drying them, though.
