Little mini-apple crisps baked in buttery sweet oat cups make yummy one-bite treats.

I was thinking of these. Not sure if I could make them in regular tart/muffin size or if they would fall apart?

you could make them in reg. muffin tin. i haven't, but reading the reviews, others have. you'll just have to use more crust mixture per tin. not too sure how many you'll end up with but it works according to some reviewers! good luck :)

This European-style tart is easily shaped on a cookie sheet and has an extra-cinnamony aroma while it bakes. Enjoy it warm from the oven.

I made this the other day and it was a huge hit with the family. It's easier than making an apple pie.

This looks really good - and yes, much easier than pie!

Apples, nuts and cinnamon make these bars delicious. They hardly last a day at my house!

I made these on Monday and they are very good. I doubled it and made it in a 9" x 13" pan. Still baked for 30 minutes. One large Mac made a cup of diced apples (so it won't use up much of your apples, but some). I used pecans because I discovered I didn't have enough walnuts. When I make them again, and I will, I am going to try leaving off the cinnamon and sugar on top and add a cinnamon glaze drizzled on. Hope you like them!

LOL Janet! I was just trying to post this recipe and I was about a second too late! I even typed out that doubling the recipe works well, we love these!

This is Avon's personal apple cake recipe and it is amazing. It specifies Golden Delicious but any apple would work. I think I'd like the Cortlands in this for a brighter taste! The sauce puts it over the top but the cake itself is so can stand on it's own!
