Caron's Kickin' quinoa Salad is quick and easy to make. If you don't have some of the ingredients, like celery, for example, you can substitute something else crunchy like radishes.

Sloppy Joes are extra saucy, extra spicy with the addition of chunky salsa. They're scrumptious served on soft potato rolls.

A family favorite, these chicken breasts get the full-flavored treatment: these are smothered in a creamy dill and caper sauce, and seasoned with lemon pepper and garlic powder.

The recipe says this takes an hour and 15 minutes, but there's no way even the slowest cook would take that long! These really kick up a plain quesadilla.

Topped with bacon, caramelized onions, and zippy shredded cheese, this recipe comes together in no time. Plus, it cooks in one skillet, so it's easy to clean up.
