Au Jus Sauce-We do not have any beef dripings but we do have a can of beef broth. Can any one help us figure out how to make a good Au Jus Sauce?

Beef Au Jus

No prime rib or beef roast is complete without this perfect, but very simple, beef au jus.

	Aug. 17, 2012 3:32 pm I would boil/simmer the broth until it has reduced in order to intensify the beef flavor and add seasonings to the broth that you like and that would compliment the seasonings in what you are serving it with. I don't think that I would bother with thickening it because to me that's gravy.

	chairlifter Aug. 17, 2012 8:12 pm You aren't going to get au jus sauce out of a can...its not a 98 cent thing that you pick up at a convenience store, its something you evolve off your meat cuts. Seamus, for every 75 recipes you request, could you simply suggest just one that could be unique and interesting to the rest of us? Otherwise, this gets pretty lame, pretty quickly.
