Hi AllieG Thanks for the recipe suggestions. Also, my panna cotta turned out great the second time around. I think Safeway's Lucerne heavy cream isn't as thick as some of the others. At least, that's what I found when I bought more heavy cream at another supermarket.

Hi Ginny, I'm glad to help. And glad your Panna Cotta eventually worked out. You may want to check the cream cartons to see if they are ultra-pastrueized. Sometimes ultra-pasteurization causes problems. Just a thought.
