I need no bake recipes but it's proving a difficult find. Things I don't have access to: marshmallows, creamy peanut butter, cocoa powder I can find a chocolate bar or hot chocolate but not cocoa powder, confectioners sugar, vanilla (it's strangely hard to find here) I'm not too lazy to go to the store I'm just overseas and they don't sell a lot of things used in baking

This is an amazing recipe that I just threw together one day. Everyone loves it so much, it doesn't last long. This is good with any kind of canned or fresh fruit.

What about something like this? Or my favourite, no bake dessert is to just mix 1 box of jello in 1/4 cup boiling water, add it to 1 cup of yogurt, 2 cups cool whip, and pour into a graham cracker crust and chill till set. (lime jello and yogurt is my favourite, but any flavour is good!)

This is a simple, no frills biscotti. My friend at work gave this recipe to me. It's quick, easy and one of my favorite Italian cookie recipes.

Again, you can add seeds, nuts or spices for flavoring.

Marie, you are on a roll with recipes that sound so good! But she's looking for no-bake recipes. Maybe you will have better luck than I did within her restrictions! I kept finding recipes with peanut butter or marshmallows )=

Thanks, I just noticed that. Makes it much harder but I think I found one.

This is a traditional Indian dessert. Spongy milky balls soaked in rose scented syrup. Delicious with fresh cream, Kulfi, ice cream etc. To make it even more fancy, sprinkle gold-leaf on top of each serving.

Too bad "no bake" is not an option under "method" in the advanced search! Another thing for my AR Wish List!

I wonder why a no bake is needed.

Maybe there isn't an oven - or maybe it's not working? Or maybe it's really hot where she is. I don't turn my oven on for several months out of the year because I don't have air conditioning and I just plain can't stand the heat . . .

If you hyphenate "No-bake" you do get some no-bake recipes. And even when I did have an oven, I was like you, Barb-hated to use it in the summer. Used a crockpot to make bread before they invented the bread machine. (long time ago, now; sigh).
