how about this one? APRICOT CAKE 3/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sour cream 3 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. finely cut dried apricots 1/2 c. chopped nuts 3 tbsp. melted butter Cream 3/4 cup butter and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream alternately with flour, soda, powder and salt sifted together. Add apricots and nuts. Grease large bundt pan. Put in half the dough. Over the top sprinkle sugar - cinnamon mixture (middle layer). Put rest of dough on top and sprinkle more cinnamon - sugar on top of that. Drizzle 3 tablespoons melted butter on top. Bake 1 hour or more at 350 degrees.
