Button mushrooms and onions sauteed in butter and thyme, twice baked potatoes and the spinach casserole in my recipe box. Yumm....half of the menu for Christmas dinner.

I love rice pilaf with it too and either fresh broccoli or asparagus. Tomorrow night I'm making baked scallops, tenderloin tips, fresh asparagus and rice pilaf. My favorite meal for my bd :)

Top your perfect salad with my creamy and chunky blue cheese dressing recipe. It has a nicely balanced flavor and nice sweetness with a great creamy and chunky balance.

A crisp, crunchy crust and slightly chewy center make this bread as traditional as the breads served in France.

Great eaten fresh from oven. Used to make sub sandwiches, etc.

I tried these--my vote on the two is out right now. I have to make my fave again to see. But you DO need bread.

Be absolutely sure to add a little butter to the top of your finished steak! It makes a whole bunch of difference. And--if you like--mix a little fresh garlic and butter together to put on either the steak or the bread or both!

Savory whipped sweet potatoes (with garlic/cream/parmesan) and steamed sugar snap peas.
