If you didn't already have those wonderful potatoes on your menu for tonight, I'd say this would work really well with your chops!

I wondered what you're having with your quesadillas...I'm saving this for another meal, DH doesn't like the sound of it...which is weird he likes everything.

Duh, I guess I'm not awake yet and didn't put Christina's two posts together. I don't usually serve anything with quesadillas, but this sounds like a good idea.

http://allrecipes.com/weblink/63488915/zarelas-creamy-rice/detail.aspx ....Sherri, we really liked this. I'm planning on making it again this week with some Mexican meatballs, but I will fall down somewhere because this is way too many plans for me to possibly stick to :)

It's kinda random to put this w/ the quesidillas, b/c I usually serve rice w/ them, but I'm going for it, lol!

Good Morning, all. I have to be at school at 8:00 all week (usually 9:45) so I had to think ahead. I have a wrestling meet tonight, so I made up a big pot of vegetable soup using whatever happened to be in the fridge for veggies and added a 1/4 box of orzo. The family can eat whenever they want tonight. Also have a loaf of spinach bread made in the bread machine they can enjoy with it. Hope you have a great day!

Pita bread pizzas make a great snack or party treat! Cut the pita into triangles and serve them as appetizers, or increase the recipe so everyone can have their own little pizza! Try using pepperoni or other meats in place of the ham.

Since Taste of Home is no longer a sponsor on AR, they took their recipes w/them. Those of us who saved recipes of theirs can still see & access them in our recipe boxes but no one else can, unless they have it saved to their own boxes also. They'll show up in your RB as "private".

Avocado Tzatziki

A colorful California version of this classic Greek sauce. Use on your favorite pita sandwich, gyro, falafel or as a fresh veggie dip. Also try it as a condiment for spicy Indian food and curries. Make it using yogurt in place of sour cream, or even without the sour cream for a great vegan alternative!
