Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

This is the best Chicago-style pizza that I have ever had. Make sure that you use the Parmesan in hard triangle form. It tastes so much better when you grate it yourself.

Good morning everyone! Boy have I missed my morning routine of coffee and Buzz! The SIL and niece went home yesterday. Spent all afternoon yesterday cleaning the house and washing sheets, towels and tons of our clothes. Going out for errands and will see what jumps into the cart. Or have some pizza delivered.

I had my first appointment with the plastic surgeon yesterday morning. They have really changed reconstruction over the years! Lady doc was super and I feel very comfortable with her.

Barb, DH didn't know who we were seeing until we were on the road. He asked if I requested a female. Nope, I went with the surgeon the doc recommended. He is one of the best in the state so I would have seen anyone male or female he wanted.

Red Lentil Curry

This is a rich and hearty lentil curry, great as a main meal rather than as a side dish like the more traditional Indian dhal. Don't let the ingredient list faze you, this really is an easy dish to make. This dish is great served with basmati rice.

It's a three fillet package with their own products - the chicken noodle soup, pasta salad, pin-wheel sandwiches, shrimp trays, etc. . . It's a foil pan with a clear lid. 30 minutes in the oven, ready to go (= I usually just have it with some brocolli.
