Naan

This recipe makes the best naan I have tasted outside of an Indian restaurant. I can't make enough of it for my family. I serve it with shish kabobs, but I think they would eat it plain.

Beef Samosas

Beef and potatoes are the main ingredients folded inside these wonderful deep fried samosas. Chicken livers may be substituted for beef, if you choose. My friend from Bangladesh gave me this savory, spicy recipe. You just can't buy better in the shops.

thses; but I use my own recipe for the samosas. I actually use wonton wrappers, and a potato and pea filling. and I make a HUGE batch because they freeze well.

Easy Sweet Chili

This chili recipe uses canned beans, canned corn, and canned tomatoes to make it easy. Just brown beef with seasonings and cook everything together in the slow cooker.

It's bitterly cold today so it's a chili day. Stay warm everyone!

Good morning Lisa and fellow Peeps! I bought some pre-formed hamburger patties that need to be used up, what was I thinkin', it's freezing here! So think I'll pan fry them and dress them up with this sauce (mushrooms on their way out, too). They will be presented over noodles and re-named "chop steaks" to the hubs! Have a great day, everyone :)

Savvy: Your sauce looks fantastic! Could you recommend another product to substitute for the port wine?

Enjoy this frittata-type crust made with summer squash. Smother this crust with your favorite pizza toppings: tomato sauce or pesto and vegetables galore! Enjoy and be creative! Try sprinkling feta cheese or adding artichoke hearts for a Mediterranean flair.

We are trying to minimize carbs yet we love pizza. This looks like a way to satisfy both specs. Healthier pizza on the way!

This is an easy and delicious take on a Louisiana classic that you can prepare and cook in 40 minutes! I use turkey kielbasa to cut down on the fat, but not the flavor.

Oh....but I used cream of celery soup instead of golden mushroom. Can't tolerate mushrooms!
