This mayonnaise-based sauce is just what you need to jazz up boring french fries. With ingredients you probably already have in your pantry, you can add a little zing to your meal in minutes.

Trying these tomorrow for dinner. I know it's an odd dinner, but hey, why not?!

By the way, crazy winds today!!! Like 50 mph or so. Hope we stay safe. I live around lots and lots of tall thin trees. I always worry. (It's just who I am. lol). Hugs to all you buzzers!

Combine ziti pasta, prepared spaghetti sauce, and three kinds of Italian cheeses for a surprisingly quick and budget-friendly Italian casserole that's easy enough for a week-night meal or a covered-dish supper.

Made these a few weeks ago and brought some to work for my friends. They LOVED them. They are nice and soft. I think I will make some either today or tomorrow (woo hoo NO WORK). I may add some chocolate chipes to half the dough. I did find it helped to chill the dough a bit. I put in freezer for about 10-15 minutes. Baked at 350 for about 10-11 minutes. Trick (in my opinion to soft peanut butter cookies) is taking them out a bit on the early side.

This recipe is a great alternative to traditional chili. It combines onions, carrots, celery, red and green bell pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes and corn.
