Breaded Chicken Fingers

These garlicky, lightly breaded chicken strips just require a buttermilk marinade before a quick saute. Teamed with your favorite dipping sauce or served alone, these put store-bought chicken nuggets to shame.

This dip combines the smoky chipotle pepper with the great seasoning of ranch dressing mix. Makes a great veggie dip or even a topping for hamburgers or Mexican foods.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

It's amazing how only four ingredients can taste so sensational - honey, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Whip it up just before serving, and try it with chicken salad.

OMG, I didn't leave a review! Shoot! I don't remember the changes off the top of my head. I'll go look thru old posts & see if I can find it & let you know. I don't think I did anything major.

Ok, I DID make quite a few changes because I was making it w/limited ingredients. I omitted the green pepper, used red onion & a combo of Miracle Whip & sour cream, & added shredded carrots. Added a couple splashes of milk the next day. Extremely good salad! I'll make it pretty close to the way it's written this time. Hopefully I'll like it just as well :)

Bacon, red pepper, and green peas add color and flavor to a fried rice dish that makes a great substitute for the same old potatoes.

this could definately be made without the egg. I believe it is more like adding an egg to a salad for example, not needed as in some baking recipes. (If that makes sense at all)

I guess I thought it was "incorporated" all these years. I didn't realize it was cooked separately and then added. Maybe I will try it, thanks BC.

Shoot I thought that PR chicken dish had it...Hmmmm, I could sub snap peas for regular, I "dislike" cooked peas very much.

I HATE cooked peas, but can eat them in stir fry or salads. Frozen only, never ever from a can. (Fresh are fine) I think I can eat them in stir fry because I throw them in at last minute and they are sweet and have a different texture than if cooked. Or at least don't tell me anything that might convince me to skip yet another veggie.

I even pick them out of fried rice…when I get it at Panda Express. I hate peas and cooked carrots the most of all veggies and won't add them to my fried rice. Actually, I can't think of any other veggies I really hate!

my version of this but making 1/2 lemon & 1/2 chocolate...or maybe all chocolate. If I split it, I bake it as pies instead of a 9x13.
