It's Chili by George!!

This is a good, standard chili, with lots of ground beef, tomatoes, kidney and pinto beans, and onions. It needs to simmer for 90 minutes on the stove, or can be made in a slow cooker and left to simmer all day.

That sounds good! We did grilled cheese, either with tomato, or potato soup - but chili sounds so good!

We really enjoyed these. Watch your time, it only took 9 minutes. I didn't deduct a star because this recipe has been under rated enough. The final product is worth all 5 stars IMO.

I Don't Know

Submitted by: KRISTEN5
I would always ask my mom 'What's for dinner?' and the response would be 'I don't know.' I said I was going to make up a dish called 'I don't know' dish. It turned out pretty good. Ground beef, potatoes and cheese are layered with a few vegetables in this simple one dish meal.

I grew up making "bread sausage," which is fried potatoes, and cubed fried bread, with eggs scrambled over it all. That's where my mind goes with the left over breadsticks (=

This is a one pan meal that's in the oven in 15 minutes. Rosemary, garlic, and oregano create a mouth watering aroma and the potatoes are crispy like french fries. Kids just love this!

This has been on my menu for over two weeks. Glad I froze the chicken. Defrosting it today and hope to finally make it. The grocery had no fresh rosemary (went to two and neither had it) so it is dried rosemary tonight. Hope it doesn't change the dish too much. We always use the fresh in this dish. Have a great day one and all!
