Also for my DH for dinner. I made this back before the holidays for a luncheon I was having and he's been bugging me to make some for "him" since. I have lots of corn in the freezer so its no problem.

G'Mornin' Lisa ~~ as always, I'm late *tuning in* ~~ shouldn't even be mentioning this, but making POTATO SAUSAGE SUPPER, recipe appears on the taste of home website. Have everything in, cooks in slow cooker: sliced potatoes, smoked kielbasa (have only 1/2 pound in house so using what there is), onions, 1 can each cheddar cheese soup/cream of celery, peas. Layert ingredients x2, except for cream celery soup. Pour celery soup over top. Cover/cook on low 5-6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add peas and cook an extra half hour til done. Makes 4-6 servings. Am planning to cook peas ahead of time, then tossing in crock pot to shorten cooking time. Will let you know how this turns out!

Doing a take on this one with a few changes and using Pork Tenderloin! Will most likely serve with rice and green beans! Have a great day!
