These rib-eyes are so tender it is unbelievable! My family has been making these for years and anyone who stops by loves them. These steaks go great with pasta or potatoes.

Good morning! Couldn't find "KC strip" steaks on AR, but that's what we're having. Marinated in a little low-sodium soy sauce and grilled. With either sour cream and chive potatoes or broccoli-cheese soup and green beans.

Patty, these are soooooo good! Fixed them last night with clams and mussels over pasta. DH said how good they looked and smelled. He took one bite and said, "Chistina recommended these? That biotch, I already gained a pound, now I'm going to gain another pound!" (Remember Christina, we love your ribs!) In the middle of dinner he asked if we could make breakfast sandwiches with the leftovers and add bacon and an egg. He is pretty smart! Cannot wait for leftovers. Thanks to Arich01 and Christina! HUGE HIT!

Didn't make my grilled pastrami sammies yesterday of the ROW macaroni, but will tonight. Had my spicy sloppy Joe's in stead, in a flour tortilla, that was actually pretty tasty and much neater.

Sherri - I did make your sandwiches - YUM, YUM!! Made the macaroni salad too. I took pictures, but the computer keeps going down. I will write review and post picture. My son said, "Put this recipe in my recipe box". Only his favorites get put in his recipe box. He wants to know if we can have them again next week. Oh yeah, your recipe is a keeper. :o)
