Good morning! I'm debating about dinner. It's either going to be leftovers, take-out pizza, or steaks on the grill. No matter what, I'm going to make stuffed mushrooms w/my leftover spinach dip. Have a great day & weekend!!

I did, Maridele! I got so many great suggestions that I'm going to try to stretch it to make something else....just can't decide if I want to put it in an alfredo dish or a quiche. Thank you!!

Morning friends! Looks like husband going back on the road. Lucky I had him home almost a month. So, for his "last" meal, (sounds odd I know) I will be making shrimp alfredo. Trying out this recipe and hoping its really good. Will use cooked shrimp that I am going to just sear real quick in a pan and add to the alfredo. http://allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/62027149/famous-restaraunts-fettuccini-alfredo-recipe/detail.aspx

I will only but the salmon in the small (tuna sized) cans on in the pouches. They are both boneless...can't deal w/ the bones, YUK!
