Crabby Cream Cheese Wontons

Submitted by: Shawn Salzman
Wonton wrappers are filled with cream cheese, crab meat (I use imitation, but you can use either), garlic, and onions. You just have to heat them so the cheese is melted hot. Don't overcook. Serve with rice and sweet and sour sauce. Good as an appetizer, or meal.

Chicken legs are rubbed with a blend of Mexican-inspired spices and briefly baked. The outdoor grill is where they finish cooking with a tangy sweet glaze.

I found some at Aldi's when they ran some special items for Chinese New Year. It's Fusion brand(made by Aldi's) & is called Sweet Garlic Soy Dipping Sauce. Works beautifully in this!! I would imagine they'll carry it again soon so be on the lookout, they sold out quickly!!

Horseradish Honey Ham

When my husband and I first tasted this delicious ham, we were surprised to learn that the sauce included horseradish. That secret ingredient definitely is the key to its tangy taste. I serve it for Easter and Christmas.

Time to get that carcass out of the freezer from Thanksgiving. I may make the stock in the crockpot.
