yes, they were VERY good! Not too spicy at all but just enough so you knew they were molasses, which I really loved!

I made another lemon cookie from Pinterest also, the "#1 cookie" or something like that that I can't seem to find again. It was not a favorite of mine so I deleted it from my private board on Pinterest but I may still have it on my food board, I'm just too lazy to go look right now :)

This was a new one for me at the request of my son. I did use both dark chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips with Georgia pecans. They were really delicious.

These were my favorites that I actually adapted from a TOH recipe, but tweaked them around until I came up with the perfect taste.....http://allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/63451968/white-chocolate-cinnamon-and-spice-cookies/detail.aspx

As soon as we finish up the odds and ends of cookies I have leftover....I'll make them. My DD is a coffee hound (at 15) and my sous chef, and a cookie monster....so I'll give her the job!

And these, which I like better than the Christmas Biscotti. Drizzled them with melted white chocolate chips and having the last of them now with my coffee!

I also made these very thin, crisp spice cookies. I tore the recipe out of a magazine many years ago, but found it online. My neighbor requests these every year...they are SPICY! http://www.recipegirl.com/2008/08/03/gossamer-spice-cookies/

They are really good, chewy and soft and the flavor is reminiscent of GS Thin Mints. Make sure you unwrap the mints and have them ready to go as soon as the cookies come out of the oven!

This makes a huge batch, makes hubby happy because it's one of the few cookies he can help himself to, before the cookie trays are packed up! Hope the link works...it's one of those sponsor recipes that was removed from AR. I've used it for several years and so glad I saved it!

Always have to make Bourbon Balls....these are very boozy (from Southern Living magazine about 25 years ago) and need to set for several days or you'd be face down after eating a couple of them! http://allrecipes.com/personalrecipe/62975298/vintage-chocolate-bourbon-balls/detail.aspx

I do love fudge and saw an orange fudge recipe. I wanted to make it but never got around to it. Maybe for New Years. I'd been wanting to try rum balls, I'm not a drinker and would have to keep them away from my children.

Kids don't seem to go for the bourbon balls....they can smell it. I let my DD try one and she couldn't finish it, she did NOT like the smell or the taste...GOOD!
