All I'll be cooking tonight is cookies and cupcakes. I have to make and decorate for my hisband's side of the family. Tomorrow is our gathering. The chicken chili I made Wednesday night is GONE, so I really have no idea what we will eat!

I made thumb print cookies for the first time last year. Not this recipe and It made a mess. Guess the hole wasn't big enough or/and I put too much filling in.

This is the best Chicago-style pizza that I have ever had. Make sure that you use the Parmesan in hard triangle form. It tastes so much better when you grate it yourself.

Good Friday morning! We're having taco salad tonight. Yesterday some of you were wanting the recipe for Slow-Cooked Oriental Chicken recipe. Bibi gave a link for Asian chicken. That recipe is exactly like the oriental chicken. Same ingred and quantity. If you want that link I can pull it up

Ok Lisa has two post in a row...I'll try this again. Having friends over for grilled chicken and I'm going to make this casserole but with zucchini and yellow squash. I haven't made it for awhile, it is really good. Happy first day of Winter everybody!

We have a hard frost this morning, but the wind has settled down, and it will warm up to about 60. DH loves this recipe, b.t.w., and he was delighted when I made it. He says it's like something his mom would have made.

Off from work for a week starting today. Plan to make this one for the first time. It sounds good to me, what couldn't be good with bacon, cheese and potatoes? Looked a little labor intensive so I planned it for today when I have more time.

Thanks Sherri! Yup, cookie are in my future... pizelles, raspberry fudge thumbprints, and peppermint patty cookies. Also last weekend we made Christmas cutouts. I had never made/decorated them in my life (I'm Jewish so it's not a typical activity from my childhood). It was soooo fun! May have to make those again this weekend too!
