This rich beef stew is flavored with red wine and herbs, and loaded with onion, potato, and carrots for a delicious cool-weather meal.

It's a miserable cold, rainy day so Beef Stew should hit the spot. I'll give this a whirl. It has red wine in it - how bad can it be? :)

Always a great day for beef stew. Problem is, DH and DS won't leave any leftovers!

Beef stew is a great idea for tomorrow here. Supposed to be cold and snowy here then. In the 50's today.

I learned how to make these tacos while a man from Oaxaca, Mexico lived with my family. They are traditional Mexican tacos and one of the best things I know how to make.

This hearty casserole has become one of my family's favorites. It's easy to make and a delicious way to use sausage. I make it for brunch and often take it to potlucks.

Yes, GZ. When a sponsor leaves the site, AR sends all their recipes with them. Most of the time, if you have it saved to your RB you can still access the recipe. If you recommend it to others, the picture and title will post, but when someone clicks on it, a substitute, "like" recipe will display. Often, as in this case, there is nothing really like it, and something totally different will display.

Lucky, thanks for asking. It was very nice. His dept. (BCM - Building Construction Management) had a catered reception for all family members on Saturday night and all his professors were there. They introduced all the kids and then the kids introduced all their family members. Awards and gifts were given to all 38 kids. Grad. was Sun. AM - the graduation was nice, but the people were so EXTREMELY RUDE, talking, eating, talking, letting kids play with musical toys, talking, cheering, talking, airhorns, etc. I couldn't believe they weren't escorted out. Lots of people couldn't hear their child's name being read.

Oh, and 4 people before our son walked the big screen went out so we didn't see the close up of him getting his diploma (well, the diploma case, anyways). He should get his grades today and diploma in the next 2 weeks.

Nice that everyone got together on Saturday. Not nice when folks are rude though. I never understood why people take little ones instead of getting a babysitter. All those years and money, you should at least be able to hear his name!
