The reason for the peanut butter cookie story is Christmas guilt. He asked for them for a Christmas gift!

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

This creamy mushroom soup is seasoned generously with dill, paprika, parsley, and lemon juice. Sour cream is added at the end of cooking, making the soup very rich and filling.

Rainy day again here in Florida. I'm taking my mom shopping after her doctor visit. DH and son will be working, but I'm still making this, I have a ton of mushrooms, they can eat a bowl when they come in from the rain.

Sherri, congrats on the pix and thank you for the card. It really does lift me up getting these cards! DH was rambling last night about talking to clients in three states yesterday. I started rattling off the states and Canada from the AR cards :))) I won hands down.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

These unusual burritos are made with sweet potatoes, spices and kidney beans. They freeze well and can be deep-fried instead of baked.

Morning Sunshines! I'm making Roasted Veggie and Black Bean Burritos from tasty kitchen (, which are out of this world and Rice-A-Roni from Scratch. Now if I could just get motivated....have a beautiful day!

Kori we made these sort of from a Pinterest recipe that roasted the potatoes and used black beans. They were really good. I made some enchiladas with the same idea and they were also great. The leftovers last night were even better.

Oooo enchiladas with the mix sound good too...I may need to give that a try!

Make this frittata even easier by using cooked bacon from the freezer. It's a wonderful dish to serve at brunch or to take as leftovers for lunch.

Having reicpe group selection tonight. I'm not telling my DH what we are having, until it is baked. He does not like breakfast for supper. I'll make some hash browns and his mom made a loaf of homemade bread and sent it home with him last week. Baking Snickerdoodles this morning.

Molly I added in some veggies, my DH really liked it, but he said it needed more meat. LOL. I made my snickerdoodle cookie dough yesterday.

Getting some peanuts at the store for this. Been making this forever and is a must have for the holidays. Chicken for dinner is the plan. It was the plan last night until DH wanted Mexican. Funny, the waiter knew we wanted margaritas and cheese dip! Happy 12-12-12 hump day!

Made this pie yesterday. It looks so pretty. I used only a bottom crust and pushed the sides towards the inside, if that makes sence. Sprinkled sugar before baking and a little powdered sugar after baking.

Oooo, I bet it's pretty!
