My bad.. i viewed your profile. Michigan, Cold. Please don't take this personally but since im an igmo i would recommend a Hot Stew or Soup with pollock or smelt or both in it along with winter veggies. If your are like me and not fond of overly fishy tastes, then you can tomato or lime it down to your liking.

Good morning! Dinner was supposed to be this tonight but I totally forgot to soak my beans lastnight. I have canned but I don't think it'll be the same so I'll wait. I'm going to make either appy's or breakfast tonight(hubby made the kids chicken sammies lastnight), I can't decide which. I'm just excited to be home all day...well, I'm going to run to Kohl's & Hobby Lobby to pick up a few things & I have to work at the school store thru 2 lunch hours, but I feel like I can actually get some things accomplished today! Bake sale Sat so I need to bake some breads & muffins today, cookies on Fri. Have a great day everyone!!!

Thanks Lisa! The Christmas bug finally infected me. Not the Humbug one. My older Son asked me for some "chewy" peanut butter cookies a few years ago. I had never heard of chewy P-nut butter cookies. Thus began my love affair with AR! He even teased me the other day about how he has yet to receive his chewy P-nut butter cookies. If I didn't spend so much time on the buzz... LOL
