Breaded Chicken Fingers

These garlicky, lightly breaded chicken strips just require a buttermilk marinade before a quick saute. Teamed with your favorite dipping sauce or served alone, these put store-bought chicken nuggets to shame.

lisa - how is your daughter's migraine today?

lisa
Nov. 30, 2012 4:52 am
Thank you, Don! Both would be a hit here! nanny-I'm leaning toward homemade fries! I have a ton of potatoes! I also have stuff to make a simple salad, so may go that route but I'd rather use that for lunch tomorrow w/the leftover chicken. Molly, her migraine started tapering off lastnight & appears to be gone today! I'm sooo relieved! I was incredibly worried lastnight as I walked into the school & they had warning signs posted all over about the special effects lighting being used in her musical. I don't think I took my eyes off her all night....just ready to fly up on stage if need be. Today I feel a weight has been lifted.

Never go anywhere with teenage girls! I got on the church bus to go to Charlotte for Operation Christmas Child. On the way home 2 teen girls were laughing loudly, histerically and singing at the top of their lungs! I was so glad to walk into my quiet home.

Making perogies is a lot of work, so get their delicious flavor in a casserole instead. Lasagna noodles divide layers of cottage cheese, cheesy mashed potatoes, and bacon and onion.

Good morning Lisa and fellow peeps! I've not done a lick of cooking this week, and probably won't until Sunday, but just wanted to stop and say hi! Hubs has been OOT, my parents are taking us out tonight then off to their home in FLA tomorrow, and Saturday we are headed to the new casino here with a good friend, having a bite there! Lots of fun! Everyone take care, and TGIF. Have a great weekend :)

Thanks, Lisa, love my blackjack! Hope the minimums at the tables are not too high. High stakes makes me nervous and it could end up being a very short evening given my budget! Actually prefer heading to the church casinos, $2 a hand keeps me in the game all night, and even then I always leave a generous donation!
