Pork tenderloin simmers in onion soup and red wine that's flavored with garlic and soy sauce. Try this top-rated slow cooker recipe.

This was recommended in a previous WFD post so I thought I'd give it a whirl.

Deb, I've had my eye on this one, but frankly I've never seen a 2 lb. pork tenderloin - maybe a little over a pound max. Do you think they mean a center cut pork roast instead?

I put two small tenderloins in the crock and doubled the au jus ingredients. When they're done I let them rest on a platter. I strain the liquid to get those little dehydrated onions from the soup mix out. I thicken the liquid on the stove top with a rue. It is Amazing. DH said he would do shots of the gravy. lol

Elle if you are still around, try this with your limes (you can use regular ones). I made this on a whim for my party yesterday. It was the hit of the party. I didn't even look at the reviews first!

Turkey and Provolone Sandwiches

Submitted by: JENNIFER GATLIN
Hoagie rolls baked with slices of turkey and provolone cheese and a mushroom/onion saute mixture, then topped with olives, tomato and lettuce. This is a favorite meal with my family. I make it using the turkey and cheese from our local grocery store deli. Note: If desired, spread mustard and mayonnaise on top half of bread before completing sandwich.

Turkey pot pie made with leftover turkey meat gets a corn bread topping that's easy because it's made with boxed corn muffin mix.

Creamy Chicken Rice Soup

Submitted by: Marge Wagner
'I combined three recipes to come up with this take on the classic creamy chicken rice soup,' says Marge Wagner from Roselle, Illinois. 'I cut down on the butter, increased the vegetables and eliminated the half-and-half cream. This lower-fat version is truly delicious...and no one can tell it's light!'

This must be a TOH recipe. What tipped me off is the intro above talks about this as being a lower-fat version, but when you click on the recipe it takes you to a recipe that calls for ONE CUP of margarine. YIKES!
