I am totally uninspired this week & have no idea what we're having for dinner. I have 2 pkgs. of ground beef, a pork roast, & spaghetti sauce in the freezer so probably something w/1 of those, I suppose. As you can tell, I'm extremely excited about it too :)

SOunds like spaghetti, meatballs, and garlic bread to me! :) We packed all of our food/spices yesterday, so there'll be no cooking for me until we move. Have a good one, everyone!

Lisa, I took notice last week of the Skinntaste recipe you posted and made yesterday :http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/02/cajun-chicken-pasta-on-lighter-side.html. I used Shrimp and it was fabulous. Definately will make again, thanks for sharing! And leftovers tonight of this! :)

Same here Lisa. I have been so uninspired lately. Have a safe move lth. I just learned that my daughter is moving to Tampa so that's probably my reason for being in a funk. Have a wonderful day!

I think I'm just too focused on Thanksgiving. I keep thinking of meals & then realize, no, we can't have mashed potatoes tonight cuz we're having them on thurs....you know, stuff like that.

I'm not wanting to cook because I don't want to store leftovers this week. I need all the fridge space! Only making meals I know will be completely eaten in one sitting.

Good morning Ladies/ Gents. I demoed Parmesan garlic pork tenderloin at Sams Club yesterday, actually about 25 lbs! They also had a Bacon flavor tenderloin, so I am making that. Can't wait!!

Debating on whether to try the pumpkin roll this year. It was a disaster last year. It tasted good but never got rolled. I basically turned it into a mini layer cake.

OC, that's because it's a Taste of Home recipe, and they are no longer affiliated w/ the site. This is the one I make every year (already have it made and in the freezer for Thurs.), and it always turns out beautifully for me. Sorry you did not have any luck w/ it...
