Ok, I think it's going to be this...http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/02/cajun-chicken-pasta-on-lighter-side.html. If not, some kind of pasta. I also have lasagna & spaghetti meat sauce in the freezer. I'm in the mood for pasta tonight!!

This is a low-fat, low-cal soup that's incredibly filling and delicious. I eat this at least once a week! I don't know how it tastes cold, though. Don't be afraid to vary the proportions of various foods on your own!

Turkey and Provolone Sandwiches

Submitted by: JENNIFER GATLIN
Hoagie rolls baked with slices of turkey and provolone cheese and a mushroom/onion saute mixture, then topped with olives, tomato and lettuce. This is a favorite meal with my family. I make it using the turkey and cheese from our local grocery store deli. Note: If desired, spread mustard and mayonnaise on top half of bread before completing sandwich.

A hearty combination of beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasonings, slow cooked with shredded chicken. Top each bowl with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips. Made mostly of canned ingredients, this tasty soup lets the slow cooker do the work so you don't have to!

Bibi - what a good mom you are....picking out the shrooms for your son! I'm almost 50 and when my mom surprises me with lunch at school, if what she made had shrooms in it, she picks them out before hoping I won't notice it had mushrooms in the original dish. lol I tell her I'm big enough to pick out my own, but she said old habits are hard to break!! Gotta love my mom. :o)

Ladies - this bread is AwEsOmE. It is the same recipe my SIL uses. You can make up a big batch, minus the green onions and it will last in the frige for a long time. I just scoop out some of the mixture to let it soften a bit, add the onions then proceed. That way I can make 2-3 pieces at once and not the entire loaf.

A wonderful recipe for shredded beef with a Mexican flair. Remove seeds from chiles and peppers if less heat is desired. Serve this meat with tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, etc. If fresh tomatoes are not in season, a 14.5 ounce can of diced tomatoes may be substituted.

He is on a low fiber diet. I had a colonoscopy done 2 weeks ago. NO tomato sauce, no dairy, no sugar, no fresh veggies. He can eat canned veggies. NO creamers in coffee. Hope all goes well!

He can eat white no wheat bread, white rice, pasta no sauce, The hardest part was drinking all of the Myralax. They put me to sleep but I woke up during the precedure and saw my intestines. I could not feel a thing! Later that night I was hurting like heck 'cuz I had a lot of gas.

i had my colonoscopy last week, and it sure sounds like prep is different depending on where you are, i know even our two physicians that do them have different preps. i was just clear liquids the day before and started the "go-lytely" prep at 2 pm. like i said, each physician is different along with different preps out there, and yes gas was pretty bad that evening and into next day!
