Steak on a Stick

A quick and easy, very tasty version of the teriyaki steak-on-a-stick that you get from a Chinese restaurant. It's great as an appetizer or even as finger food at a football watching party! I also use it for just plain old regular steaks to grill! Either way, it's awesome! My uncle came up with the recipe and gave it to my mother, who passed it on to me! LOVE it!

Michelle's Blonde Chicken Chili

People who have tasted this thick mix of beans, spices and chicken say: 'So good it'll make you perky and stupid!' I've placed in my workplace's annual Halloween chili cook-off for the last three years. Looks strange -- tastes great! Serve with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and warm flour tortillas.

I have a ton of boxed stuffing mix I'd like to get rid of so I'm thinking about stuffed chops with green bean casserole & probably mashed potatoes or wild rice.

A tasty and foolproof alternative to your standard rice side dish is rice pilaf! Baked in the oven, it comes out fluffy and tender every time.

and I think we're going to do an appy night but I haven't decided what we'll have yet. I'd like to try some new recipes but I'm challenging myself to use up what I have & not go anywhere near the grocery store(I can't control myself once there) :)

OMGoodness, you guys. I'm terrible! I set a budget every 2 weeks & can easily double it if I don't stop myself. Totally ridiculous! I don't have the space now to store extras so I HAVE to stop doing that!
