New York-style sweet and tangy onion relish with a hint of chili and spice are just perfect to put on that hot dog for lunch. They're quick and easy to make.

Good morning...brrrr, cold here in Florida. I'm having leftover spaghetti, got lazy last night and didn't make the pizza casserole, but I did throw in some pepperoni. ;-) I haven't had a chance to make this recipe this week.

These aren't just regular grilled onions. They're seasoned with mustard, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and tomato paste. Plain old hot dogs are transformed into amazing hot dogs!

Thanks, girls! :) Thos cornucopias are fantastic and so easy too! The hot dog pic isn't that great b/c now w/ it getting darker earlier, I have to struggle to find 'good' lighting, and that's not working out too well, lol.

Since I didn't leave work until after 6 yesterday (and the proverbial and literal cupboards are bare), I did not make this. I'll try again this evening... (BTW-thanks for the kind words and birthday wishes; I rarely am able to make it back here in the am, but I do like to check in on everyone in the evening as I unwind) Have a good one, everyone!

Hey Lisa! I have such a smart daughter. This is a school that's funded by the State of VA for Arts & Technology. If she's accepted in it's a 4-year program. They offer advanced classes for little smarties like her. So essentially it will be her high school. Proud Mama here :)
