pork roast- carrots- fresh corn on the cob and probably a green salad--got a huge pork roast on sale @ 78 cents a pound-- it's right @ 15 pounds- so there will be some freezer meal for bbq & stirfry:-)

l2c- these are very dangerous!!! every time i make them i eat half before dinner time- i make home made biscuits for them and it makes the house smell so good that i just can't help myself-judy- aka carb craver-lol

It may be best for me to make the biscuits vs buying the can. There's 4 of us. Like you said, they get eaten before we sit.

**Simple** is the key word for today. Made Italian Dinner Rolls yesterday (to go along with the Pizza Casserole). Soooo, making the broccoli rice; have a couple leftover link sausages to use up tonight. Have a great day, Lisa!!!

This is a good, standard chili, with lots of ground beef, tomatoes, kidney and pinto beans, and onions. It needs to simmer for 90 minutes on the stove, or can be made in a slow cooker and left to simmer all day.
