Good morning! We're grilling burgers tonight. Probably just have chips w/them. Nothing fancy. My neighbor brought over an apple pie from Crane's Orchard lastnight as a thank you for dog-sitting her injured pup a couple of nights last week. So sweet. Can't wait to dig in!!

A classic Salisbury steak in beef and mushroom gravy. This simple, hearty dish will remind you of Sunday dinners at grandma's house. This is my husband's all-time favorite meal. The recipe makes plenty of gravy, so serve with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.

I think I'm going to make some of these patties up & throw them in the freezer also, along w/a 5 lb batch of sloppy joes & some taco meat. I bought a 10 lb bag of ground beef on sale for $2.49lb, which is really good here right now. They had fattier for $2.19lb but I opted for less fat(80/20). Have a great day!!!

Hi Lucky, You don't need both one or other, parchment or foil. In fact, some just line a dish with one or other, oil or grease it and lay fish, stuffed or otherwise, oiled or buttered, again sometimes with veg etc over the top of it and cook normally about gas 5/180c/350f for a period. Sometimes, some put in a baking tray do as above and top with foil. Fish for baking, include snapper/salmon/trout/sea bass etc. I tend to do rainbow trout in foil or in a dish with foil top, stuffed. A bit rambly but hope helps. cheers.

Thanks Don! We can get trout, snapper and salmon. I've seen some whole but not usually, the butcher rarely has anything whole. I think I need to find a fisherman/woman to catch a fresh trout for us! Or, I'll jet over to your place!
