Banana Coffee Cake

You're sure to go bananas over this yummy coffee cake topped with cinnamon, sugar and pecans. 'This recipe is so delicious that a local pecan grower asked permission to use it in one of his brochures,' recalls Georgia Courtney from Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Creamy Mushroom Meatloaf

Submitted by: Chef John
This technique keeps the meatloaf moist, while fortifying the sauce with its flavorful drippings. Regardless, this technique will work with just about any meatloaf recipe out there.

Monday and Tuesday my husband is out of town so we will have easy and fast dinners with guitar lessons and hockey, but I am making this for Wednesday, I usually make a mushroom or onions gravy with meatloaf so this sounds delicious!

That sauce looks so yummy, I'll bet this recipe would be great with meatballs, too! *saved*

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

If you love the Zuppa Toscana at your local chain Italian restaurant, you will adore this soup. The rich soup is made with Italian sausage, potatoes, cream, and crushed red pepper. It is truly satisfying and irresistible. Tuck into this on a cold day and you are sure to be warmed all the way down to your toes.

This cake was first made for me by a friend while I was visiting her after she had delivered her 11th child. I told her, 'I should have baked for you!'

Friday, my son has a Body Checking Clinic out of town, I will make this cake into bars and frost with Rick's Special Buttercream for the boys to eat after on the bus home. My younger son and I will probably have something from the freezer.

Tall, fluffy pancakes make the best breakfast, especially when there's plenty of butter and syrup. Make it extra special with berries and whipped cream!

Probably breakfast for dinner Saturday since we will be home right at dinner time from hockey and I don't want to fill up the fridge with leftovers since the turkey and trimmings will be in the fridge

Delicious Filet Mignon stuffed with succulent crab, wrapped in bacon and topped with whiskey-peppercorn sauce. Time consuming, but just as good, if not better than any high-end restaurant recipe.
