Thanks! Hubby's getting sent to the Vegas area for work so we're tagging along & then(hoping) to take a detour thru Montana on our way home to visit my BIL & his family who run a missionary camp there.

Hey, Lisa, if you are going that way, you'll be going through my part of the country (where I was raised). Will you be going through the Yellowstone area? If so, a detour through to Cody, WY, would be great! They have one of the best museums there of Western art! The gun show there is amazing, and I HATE guns!

I'm not sure what our route is yet, Marianne. Jotting that down! My boys would LOVE that! Also trying to figure out where we're going to watch fireworks. We have the option to leave the Vegas area that afternoon if we'd like(to start our journey to Montana).

I'm making these for our road trip but am adding vanilla & maybe brown sugar(I always double everything except the egg & almonds). I found another recipe that uses melted butter on the baking sheet....might try that too.

That's really all I have planned. The next couple of days I'm going to try to just use up odds & ends in the fridge.

Supreme Bagel Pizzas

Submitted by: Michele Potter
'We used to enjoy pizza bagel bites from the freezer section, but found they weren't filling unless we made quite a few,' writes Michel Potter from Caledonia, Michigan. 'Now we use whole bagels to prepare a heartier meal that's ready in a jiffy. It's nice that we can each add our favorite toppings.'
