Ingredients

  • 36 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (3 12 oz bags)
  • 1 pint marshmallow cream
  • 2 sticks butter (no subs)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups walnuts (or your choice of nuts)
  • 4 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk (Pet Brand)

Directions

  1. Place the first 5 ingredients in a large heat-safe bowl, set aside.
  2. Bring the sugar & evaporated milk to a rolling boil in large pot, then turn down to medium and continue to boil for exactly 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour hot mixture over ingredients in bowl and mix well, making sure all the butter and marshmallow is well blended.
  4. Pour into 9x13 buttered pan and refrigerate. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve. Freezes well!
