Time-saving tips! Take the fish out of refrigerator to get the chill off while you make the salad dressing and the ice cream. Freeze that ice cream while you assemble the tilapia dish. Steam the asparagus, place the tilapia under the broiler, and make the rice. Then, just toss the spring greens with the dressing and the rice with butter and chopped dill before serving the meal.

My teenage daughter will barely eat seafood, much less fish...this is the only "fish dish"...
